Only book your doctor review consult once you have received a copy of your latest blood test results.
Consults are conducted every Wednesday/Thursday afternoons and evenings.
You’ll receive an SMS with your appointment time (ADELAIDE TIME) on Mon, Tue or Wed.

Complete form
You’ll receive a link by email to complete your form.
This form is essential for our records and will be included in your clinical notes.
3.
Consult Day
You’ll get an SMS link 5 mins before. Click the link, accept permissions, and wait.
4.
After the Consult
You’ll receive your script (from Medicare) and blood test referral (from TRT Doctors) by email - check your SPAM and PRINT A HARD COPY immediately. When presenting your prescription token, let the pharmacist know you’re already familiar with the administration process and make sure they write the full directions on your label. If you do not do this, the pharmacist may request to speak to your doctor, delaying the dispensing by a few days.
Ask for a copy of your repeat prescription token, and we also recommend requesting two to three spare pharmacy labels to place on your vial. One prescription and the repeat typically lasts four months.
Search for ‘prescription’ for your script or ‘referral’ for the pathology referral in your inbox, spam or deleted items. Add the sender to your safe senders’ list.
Any request to re-send referrals or e-scripts more than 72 hours after your appointment will incur a service fee of $25.
5.
Administration
Only transfer 1 to 2mL at a time. Review videos slowly and carefully to avoid wastage. Handle vials with the utmost care.
Any request for a new prescription before your scheduled review will require a statutory declaration if the medication was lost or damaged, along with a $300 doctor consultation fee. This can be a very costly and time-consuming mistake, so please store and handle your medication and prescription safely.
IMPORTANT TO REDUCE WASTAGE
Please watch the administration videos carefully and follow the technique exactly as shown. Draw your prescribed dose accurately and place the vial safely aside. After drawing up, remove any excess oil from the drawing needle into the syringe. You will notice some air mixed with the oil, which is normal. Once you change to the injecting needle and push the air out, you will see the amount is slightly more than your dose. This small amount of oil remains in the syringe as wastage. This is expected, consistent, and already accounted for by your doctor when prescribing, so you should not increase your dose to compensate for it.
As long as your technique is consistent, your doctor will adjust treatment based on your blood results and symptoms, not on perceived wastage. Altering dose, technique, or equipment introduces variables that make reviews less reliable.
6.
NEXT Review Consult
With the referral you received from your doctor consult 4 months prior, provide a blood sample 2-3 weeks before running out (on administration day for injectables, BUT before dose).
Drink 1 litre of water 30–60 minutes before providing the sample. If no results in 5 business days, email us with the pathology company name and date. We will call them to obtain your results.
If your levels are unsafe, you will be required to repeat the test for $49 - order on this page.

Additional blood tests may be required if your levels are unsafe. Order if instructed.
