Upload treatment information
Please upload your blood test showing low testosterone or statutory declaration and a photo of your medication with the pharmacy label visible.

Providing the blood sample at any collection centre
Provide a blood sample on administration day for injectables, BUT before dose).
Drink 1 litre of water 30–60 minutes before providing the sample.

Results
If you do not hear from us within 5 business days, notify us of your pathology company name, and we will follow up on your results.

Doctor Consult
Once we have your results and medical history, you will be invited to book your doctor's consultation.
