e. “Partner Providers” means Australian-registered doctors and other independent healthcare professionals who provide medical consultations via our platform. Partner Providers are not employees or agents of TRT Doctors and are solely responsible for the professional healthcare services they provide.
3. Registration
You must become a registered user to receive telehealth services from a Partner Provider.
Each user may only create one account and must not register on behalf of another person.
Registered users must:
be over 35 years of age;
reside in Australia;
be capable of entering a legally binding agreement; and
agree to these Terms of Service.
During registration, you will provide personal and health information including your name, date of birth, contact details, address, and medical history.
You must ensure all information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
4. Services
TRT Doctors facilitates access to independent, AHPRA-registered medical practitioners who provide telehealth consultations.
TRT Doctors does not dispense or supply medications, operate a pharmacy, or receive any financial benefit from any pharmacy.
Patients may have any prescriptions or investigations discussed during their consultation managed through any provider or pharmacy of their choice.
Partner Providers are responsible for:
the medical advice and clinical care they provide;
maintaining appropriate medical records; and
complying with all professional, ethical, and legal obligations under Australian law.
TRT Doctors facilitates the telehealth process but does not guarantee that an online consultation is suitable for you.
If you require urgent medical attention, contact emergency services (000) or attend your nearest emergency department.
5. Indemnity and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
TRT Doctors is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury (direct or indirect) arising from your use of the Website or Services.
TRT Doctors is not responsible for the clinical judgment, advice, diagnosis, or treatment decisions made by Partner Providers.
Any health or medical concerns must be addressed directly with your treating Partner Provider.
You agree to indemnify TRT Doctors from any claims arising out of your use of the Website or the actions of Partner Providers.
6. Linking and Third-Party Content
You must not link to, frame, or mirror any part of the Website without our prior written permission.
The Website may include links to third-party content or websites. TRT Doctors does not endorse, control, or guarantee the accuracy, safety, or quality of any third-party content. Accessing such content is at your own risk.
7. Cookies

TRT Doctors reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account that breaches these conditions and may report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.
We are committed to ensuring a professional environment free from abuse or harassment.
If a Partner Provider or employee reports inappropriate conduct, TRT Doctors may restrict your access and transfer your records to another healthcare provider upon request.
9. Refunds
Consultation fees are payable at the time of booking.
Refunds are available only if:
a telehealth consultation is deemed clinically inappropriate before it commences; or
the appointment is cancelled prior to the start of the consultation as per our cancellation policy.
Pathology tests or administrative fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
10. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Website, including text, graphics, software, and trademarks, are owned or licensed by TRT Doctors.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to access and view content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
11. Non-Commercial Use
